Around 50% of buyers were domestic and 50% were overseas investors; all hoping to secure a luxury London property. Setting a new Docklands record, the apartments were priced at £1,200 per square foot. The tower will be completed by 2019.

The Guardian – Maine Tower, 230 Properties Sold Out

Maine Tower, the tallest of five buildings at Galliard's new Docklands development, Harbour Central, reaching 41 storeys high, sold out in just a few hours, averaging sales of £580,000 per minute. The sales were completed at two events in London and Hong Kong, finishing with half the sales from overseas buyers. Around 208 of the 230 properties available were bought in just the first four hours.

The Maine Tower launch by Galliard Homes was extremely successful as 90% of apartments available off-plan sold out in just a few hours. The marketing suite showcased one studio apartment and a one bedroom apartment to give buyers an idea of what the luxury homes will look like. The showroom was designed perfectly, complete with floor-to-ceiling images of real life views to tempt buyers.
